Yassine has been more than enough help whenever setting up our servers and answering our questions. Including Nate, absolutely superb service with such a level up of customer service! Support is not too professional like others, they actually have a fun twist to them, and a great sense of humor. For example, while I was waiting for a reply on one of my tickets, Yassine was able to help make waiting a little more enjoyable by sending me "We Are The People, by Empire Of The Sun" and saying "Play this song until you get a reply from Nate in your ticket. 🕺🕺" 10/10 song, 10/10 support team, and 10/10 service. I would genuinely recommend it for anyone wanting to start up their FiveM server or renting a VPS from them.

Nate has been a solid rock when it comes to issues that are brought up. And while for transparency, issues with their upstream provider (Path) have driven me insane, I understand it's out of their control. Nate went the extra mile to ensure those impacted could still access their data when needed at his own expense.

im writing again my review after Trustpilot took it down for having "advertising" material, here it is again after they reported it Someone came into our rp server ticket and started saying our current hosting company is shutting down which is a lie. Desperate move by this company to steal customers... We are happy with our current provider, they are incredible and offers amazing support, do not contact us again.
