They are very professional and reliable if anything goes wrong or I need any assistance they are quick to respond to all tickets. I haven't had any issues at all and they are very good at communicating if there is maintenance or outages even upgrades going on.

I won a giveaway witch is good but even after that he still kept helping me great servers took me a while to figure out Ubuntu but if you can figure it out it's easy to work with
