the owner dealt with me directly, when it came to setting up the account, as well as all my billing questions. they explained everything so i could understand it as im just the middle person, i came to the hosting place due to a credit i had won in a giveaway. But i couldnt be happier that i won that and got introduced to this hosting site. Great staff.

For starters, there support is extremely good, always responding promptly and being able to relay over answers to any questions clearly and concisely which is rare in this field. Then it comes to the quality of their products which is in a whole new level. Honestly, they might be the first company that might actually undercut prices. This and the combination of running giveaways is definitely why I gave them 5 stars.
