The people who work for Gym Source all seem to be very well trained and are quite knowledgeable about the range of products they sell and their installation and repair. We have utmost trust that what we are told is correct and not a sales ploy and the services people follow through. This is our third purchase from Gym Source and we would not go anywhere else to buy fitness equipment. If you can get it a few bucks cheaper online it is never worth it since there is no one to follow through, answer questions, provide parts and service. Your health is always worth it.

I bought a new treadmill from Gym Source, got a good deal on it because of the Labor Day sale and have been using it for about a week now. Have approximately 45 miles on it and it is great, good cushioning and lots of entertainment options to keep you occupied while you run or walk. Chris at Gym Source was especially helpful, also the people that came to install the treadmill (lead by Ro) were very efficient and knowledgeable. Overall a very pleasant experience from trying to decide which treadmill to buy up to receiving and using the treadmill.

I had great fantastic costumer service through the door. Unfortunately this happened though... Was told by rep that product would be shipped to store in one week. One week went by went back. No product (keep in mind I run a fitness program and was loosing money on product they said would be in stock.) I was told it was not on delivery truck and that it would be on next week's shipment request. They even said (bc I bought 2) one would be transferred from another location. Another week went by I had to go to store again. They had neither products. I received a call a day or two later stating they were in. I went in and they only had the one. I left came back the next week and found they still had nothing. I told the rep that the next time I came in I was returning the one I had bc I had to order from another company to keep my clients happy. When I came back the next week with said product the other one was behind the counter ready to go. The only reason why I took both said products instead of returning them is bc I know your reps make commission and it wasn't their fault or malicious intentions in not having items. They were as accommodating as they could be. Unfortunately I still lost money bc I now have double what I need and the first 2 weeks of lost business from original date of purchase.

My sales associate, Erin was wonderful. She guided me through the buying and financing process with ease. Erin emailed me to remind me to schedule the delivery in time for my Fiancès birthday. The problems started with the delivery team. They could not handle the weight of the treadmill and they scratched it up against the concrete stairs bringing it into my basement. They told me "don't worry, we'll wipe that off with a rag". Needless to say the concrete scraped the finish off the side-rail. I called Erin while the delivery guys were still in my home and she told me they would make it right. Several days later, I received a call to schedule a time for the repairman to replace the side-rail. I took a day off work to wait at home for the repairman. In the meantime, I received 3 more calls from the same person at Gym Source to schedule my repair. On the same day as my scheduled repair, I received the 3rd call in error and told the person I was getting very concerned that something was dramatically wrong. She told me not worry, the repairman would be there that day. The repairman showed up between 1-5pm as promised. But then it gets worse. After taking a day off, waiting at home, the repairman shows up with the side-rail for a different model True Treadmill. Four calls and a wasted day off work, I still have a damaged treadmill. I am very happy with my experience buying the treadmill, the follow-up by Gym Source to fix their own error has been an on-going disaster.

You were out of a simple item and it took her 15minutes to figure it out. I asked her to show me a pic of what you were out of and she couldn't. I gave up.

I loved the sales people, and the selection of equipment was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to get our questions answered, and had excellent follow up when they did not know an answer. The delivery scheduling was not great. They gave a 4 hour window, and had to reschedule. Also, they failed to give us the heart rate strap that was supposed to come with the recumbent bike we purchased. The sales staff made that right and made sure we got the components we needed. I would definitely go to Gym Source for other purchases for my home gym. The sales people made it a great experience overall!!!

The handles seem a little off. Can seine come out to adjust?

From my first phone call with Randy, to my in-store experience with Larry, everything went very smoothly! Larry offered good advice about which exercise bike to purchase, and the delivery was right on time, quick, and complete.....all the way to removal of my old bike, and assembly and installation of the new one. Kudos to a great team, and a job well done!
