They have the right selection of equipment for private home use to commercial fitness on their floor. As a certified personal trainer, I have been impressed and would recommend them for any beginner fitness enthusiast to professional athlete.

I have been a repeat customer of Gym Source in White Plains, NY for 16 years. The initial advice I received from the knowledeable staff about my Tuff Stuff Muscle IV in 1998 inspired the acquisition of my True 500HRC treadmill in 2001. Both have endured the test of time. With a recent basement renovation, I added a Tuff Stuff 6 pack compact multistation unit, an AbCore Fitness Jr and a Power Block Urethane U70 to complement my other equipment. I am sure they will last at least another 20 years! AGT MD

We love our home gym, once it got installed. The machines are great; the flooring is perfect; the free weights, rack and bench are just what we wanted. However, the word of caution is that you need to be prepared to be your own project manager. While the Gym Source guys will place your order and take your payment, they do not handle coordinating the delivery and installation of the machines and flooring for you. We ended up having to deal with a couple of different guys to have the installation done and it involved coordinating 3 different visits (meaning we had to take time off work to be at home each time) because they couldn't get their act together to do it all at once. They ended up just giving us the name of a flooring guy and it was up to us to coordinate the installation with him. Also, one part of our order (installation of a TRX mount) never got done even after months of asking for it. So we finally just gave up and asked for a refund. If you've got plenty of time to coordinate all of these installation and delivery details, then I would recommend Gym Source. If not, you might try some place else.

I bought my 770A Arc Trainer from them the day they had their Midnight sale. I went there with my wife to just look at the equipment. I was not looking to buy at that night. However after speaking with and Martha I was so impressed with her willingness to understand my position and NOT be pushy about buying right then and there I pulled the trigger that night and took advantage of the sale. I have use my machine ever since. I think the people at Gym source are great to deal with and do not pressure you to buy. They encourage you to buy when you are ready and not make you feel like you were forced in the purchase.

We researched and shopped extensively for our treadmill and decided on Gym Source. We don't regret our decision and encourage others to shop Gym Source. Price was fair (given the marketplace) and delivery and service have been prompt. Our Lifespan TR3000 treadmill has required 2 service calls within its first 60 days. The problem seems "fixed" for now (grinding noise when the height raised or lowered.) We were disappointed that it required servicing so soon. My wife is the principal user and enjoys it. Her only complaint is that there is no satisfactory tray for reading material: if she places a book before her while she walks, it causes the keyboard to change settings. Very annoying.

The sales people was kind and diligent but the delivery team is the worst ever, rude and unproffesional.
