I had a fantastic experience. Danielle was extremely helpful and always in touch. The rest of the team was quick and I got my flashdrives in record time. Also in time for a conference that I thought I would not have them for. They look GREAT! Thanks everyone!

We worked with Danielle on a project that I was also coordinating with another company on. One of my co-workers also submitted a quote request, and even with all the different people reaching out, Danielle was able to reconcile everything into one quote with no problem. We needed a high-resolution video file pre-loaded onto our flash drives, and the file was to large to use their FTP site. Because Danielle was not in the office (apparently she'd been emailing me from vacation!), I called into customer service because we needed them within 3 weeks. Alex was very helpful, gave me an alternate route to take, and we received our drives a week earlier than expected!

I ordered flash drives with the logo of our company and they did a great job. I also asked for documents to be uploaded in the drives and they delivered. However 10 of the drivers were empty, but they offered me a discount on my next order. They always provide with good and fast service

Communication was a little skinny, production took a little longer than expected, and the final product did not match the proof they provided before we placed our order. (We had our company logo printed on some golf balls. The proof showed the logo prominently displayed. When we received the finished product, our logo was about a quarter of the proportion shown in the proof and was outshone by the Nike logo which was also on the ball.) However, this IS a trustworthy company and we received what we paid for.

The whole process was cut and dried with no questions unanswered. The proof was done within 24 hours and delivery was made within a week. Really a great experience.
