Good customer service and delivery

We hand a flash drive to our ranch guests as they leave at the end of their stay. This flash drive contains many pictures taken of their activities done during their week's stay, so they are thrilled to have this personal memory of their vacation. The ranch logo on the flash drive is a plus!

I did have some issues with my debit card. For some reason, the card pushed through on the bank's end and your company was showing it denied so unfortunately this delayed the ship time a little bit, and I was trying to work at my other job. A bit stressful!

Ipromo was easy to work with and our end product turned out exactly as I had asked. I could not be happier! Awesome!

We had tried several sites, talked and emailed and mostly were unsatisfied until we came across iPromo. From the beginning it went so easy, questions were answered promptly, the sample picture sent back immediately along with a quote that was very competitive. The flash drives came so quickly and looked so good it was hard to believe. Thanks Leon and iPromo, we'll be back next year.

They are also very responsive if there are issues or concerns, and flexible with regard to special requests.
