Quick replies on every question. Good product delivered on as stated and on time.

I called this company to order jump drives with our business logo. I felt I could not afford to have our information etched but knew the printing paint wears off quickly but thought I would get a quote anyway. I have been give jump drives with company logos in the past and the printing always wore off within a few weeks. I do not know what company they were ordered from. I was told there would no extra charged for etching! I worked with Leon to place my order. I sent in my artwork and was sent the proof all within a matter of hours. Perfect on the first try! I placed my order and within a week I was sent the tracking number. The drives arrived right on time. When I inspected them, I found the etching to be subtle but obvious and it won't wear off. They are perfect for my needs. Leon was so polite and professional, answered all my questions and made my vision come true! I cannot give enough praises to this company!

My contact, Adam Fishman, was very helpful every step of the way. This was my first time ordering here and I was VERY impressed with the service, pricing and quality. My boss absolutely loved the USB's he received and we will surely be ordering again soon.

Friendly service - great products.

Finding ipromo on the web was like stumbling on to a pot of gold. Met and exceeded my customer's rush need. The only bad thing is they set the bar very high, but I will not hesitate to call Danielle again when the need arises.

i purchased personalized flash drives with ipromo a year ago. the sales person helped me design them and was very patient with all my edits. the price was within my budget and i was delivered exactly what i had hoped for. when i recently reordered. it took less than 5 minutes to receive a response via email and within 15 minutes, i had gotten all my pricing options and selected, signed and paid for another round of flash drives. i love the professionalism and the efficiency.

I recently ordered a large number of USB drives with preloaded material for a conference, and was extremely pleased with iPromo's service and quality. My customer service representative responded to emails incredibly quickly, and was always available over the phone if I had a question. I ended up sending in the material for preloading on the last day possible to do it, yet they had a really short turn-around time, and the USB drives arrived a few days early. They're branded on both sides and colored, and are really beautiful! All the information is there as well. I will definitely use iPromo in the future.
