This company is completely dishonest about its products. I ordered "the blue alligators" from White Lotus shirt clearly advertised in multiple places on their website as made from cotton. What I received was an unwearable, shiny, plastic-feeling shirt that looks like something between a Halloween costume and cheap pajamas. It’s absolutely NOT cotton. When I asked for a refund, they refused unless I paid to return the item—even though they falsely described the product. To make matters worse, they claimed the item ships from South Asia “for efficiency,” despite operating under a U.S.-based address, which they use to create the illusion of a domestic, trustworthy seller. It’s manipulative and deceptive. This is not just bad customer service — it’s a textbook bait-and-switch tactic. The product is misrepresented, the return process is intentionally burdensome, and their explanation is evasive at best. This company should not be in business. I strongly urge others not to make the same mistake I did. Do not trust their product descriptions or return promises.

We didn’t recognize the charge name on our statement and reported a fraud purchase which stopped the payment to Jacket Hub. We received an email from them saying they were refunding our payment after we received the order delivery and realized we had made the mistake. We contacted them to pay them for our received item. They were very nice to deal with.
