Would have been nice to receive a…
Would have been nice to receive a lipstick brush with the product or to know that it didn't come with one.

Sorry Aggie that it wasn't clear. From time to time we have offered a lip brush and it has only received a lukewarm response from our customers. We will probably try again offering it at another time. Thanks for your honest feedback. --Lisa

The lip gloss is nice but not true to…
The lip gloss is nice but not true to color. The color I ordered is very bright but when it is put on it is very faint.

Oh no Laurie, it sounds like you're not happy! Please reach out to me for a refund at [email protected]. We are just now starting to show different colors on actual lips to try to convey the true color and opaqueness, but even then the color depends on how much natural lip color a woman already has on her lips. I love this lip whip
I love this lip whip. I love the natural ingredients and oils and have found my lips do not dry out like other lipsticks and glosses. I highly recommend this. The color is soft and natural looking and wears well.
