The customer service was quick and efficient. I didn’t see a difference on my chapped lips compared to other chapsticks. They were nice and issued a full refund.

I love the feel of the gloss on my lips. It must have some type of eucalyptus because the gloss is cool when applied. Very soft. Only issue and it’s minor is that it has no color. I must use quite a bit for the color to show.
Response from Kari Gran· May 17, 2018
Thanks Kelley! No eucalyptus, but you're probably feeling the touch of peppermint oil. And yes, many of our colors need a bit more applied for the color to show, and it all depends on the natural color of your lips. It's why we call them buildable! Thanks for your honest feedback--we appreciate it! --Lisa
