Very disappointed with the glass first off it is way too heavy compared to my other glasses that I got from LensCrafters. Also, the process took way too long for the minuscule amount I saved.

Excellent Service and Pricing I'm very pleased with the quick turn-around of my glasses with updated progressive bifocal lenses. I made the mistake of taking my daily pair of titanium frames to a local LensCrafters. Four and a half weeks later I still do not have my daily glasses back from them. Lens Factory processed my order very quickly and got them back to inside of two weeks at a third of the cost!

Frames broke while the lenses were being replaced. They got new identical frames at no cost to me

LenFactory offers trifocal lenses online made in the US and a live person answers the phone to help with questions. My order was completed and delivered promptly and they are exactly what I wanted.

Amazing and definitely worth the price. I accidentally put in the wrong purchase and the person working on my glasses emailed me to double check. My glasses weren't broken but I was just upset at how thick my lenses were from my eye doctors. I paid 300 dollars for my lenses to be 1 cm thick....I was able to pay 250 for it to be half a cm. I would definitely would use this service again next year too! I love my new glasses
