I've been ordering my glasses from LensFactory for several years and have been very pleased. They are one of very few vendors that carry Corning Thin and Dark transitional lenses. I love them.

Exceptional Eyeglasses Experience at Lensfactory I recently acquired a new pair of lenses on an old frame from Lensfactory, "Premium Progressive High Index 1.74" with "Photochromic" Lenses and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. Lensfactory provided impeccable service and craftsmanship from start to finish, leaving me thoroughly impressed and grateful. Thank you guys!

Quality poor. Very soft lens scratches easily. When I requested help or a product suggestion to help fix the problem via chat I was met with sarcasm and no help. I was told I am lucky the scratches don’t happen more often to me. I didn’t know if that meant its an ongoing problem or if they were being sarcastic. Company doesn’t stand behind the quality of their product and the customer service staff don’t seem to be trained in professionalism. Unfortunate because I was happy until the chat and lack of support.

The lead-time is a bit long but it's worth the wait. Love the tinted premium progressives. I can't stand regular progressive lenses but most of the time I don't even notice I am wearing them.

Costumer service is amazing they did a virtual customized service for my high miopía prescription and work closely with me

Good pricing but shipping to continental west coast is somewhat long. Photochromatic lenses recommended for me for night vision/light sensitivity which does not work inside the car so was given the wrong advice. They were nice enough to refund that addon for the lens.

Good communication. On time delivery.

Took way to long to get my glasses and failed to return original broken frames
