Do not buy from them. They shipped only 20% on one order and a wrong order to me. Currently launching a lawsuit with penalties to get my money back from them

wish I'd read reviews before parting with any money. Total scam. Placed an order for a Dwalt drill set and received a screw driver. Contacted the company through an email that I had received, to be told that they had nothing to do with what was being delivered, it was from an "unclaimed package" as far as they were concerned the package was delivered. Have too & frowed with the customer service dept and "even though they had suffered significant losses" they would offer a 30% repayment. I can't see anyway forward with this company without significant more losses so looks like I'll have to accept this offer. It basically is a lucky dip firm getting money for nothing.

TOTAL Scam would have given nil rating if I could. Ordered I phone 14pro from their advert on Facebook which also offered free air pods. I received the pods but no phone. Waited another day and tracking showed item delivered so I Co ticted their customer service Vip to let them know response was this was a dispatch error and offered 25% refund as phone no longer in stock I refused and have had a response every day increasing by 5%. I have refused and advised them that as they are no readvertising same deal on Facebook they must have more phones in so please send phone o ordered and paid for. NOTHING HEARD SINCE

Total scam , I ordered a cell phone i14 pro and got a cheap set of mini Earphone Headset (€6) …. instead. Box should have been 20x27x5 cm but instead an small enveloppe. No reply from the company. “ your order has been delivered” but not! Don’t buy there!! You have been warned.
