I ordered a premium mystery package of what was said to be 50 items at $47.92 US plus $ 6.99 shipping costs. I received a set of wireless headphones valued at less than $20.00

I had two auctions single items one for 5.94 and other for 7.13 end on the 9th 4:30 at 8:00am on the 11th they canceled them and suspended my account. I called and ask what was the fee it would of been 200 each auction to get my account out of suspension😂🤣 I bought several pallets that had ALOT of missing item on them. They gave back very little I mean very little for missing items, but they want to charge you a fee of $200. I m sorry I didn’t get to it quick enough my husband was in ICU from a stroke. When I said ALOT of missing items one pallet was suppose to have 247 bags of mounds candy bars it had 3, I was given $9 back. They will charge you a phenomenal cancellation or them cancel it, but their mess up they give you crumbs.

If you could give no stars I would do that! They show pictures of one box and then send another! I paid 209 for a box of cereal- a pair of socks- open pads- a gift card for a closed company , not a gift card with money on it but the cards that never been activated! What a scam -

This company is a big scam after all. I have purchased a total of 3 different pallets. Every single pallet, I have to dispute to get some credits back. The last pallet was the worst one of all. As the seller (acselluar) described, a lot have 4000 NEW cases with models as follows; iPhone 7, iPhone X, Samsung S6, Samsung Note 10, iPad Air1 and iPad Air2. I was thinking if I could get $1 for each 4000 cases, I could get $4K out of it. I was totally wrong. I received only 2554 good products and 214 damaged cases (it even marked "damaged" on the two boxes). There is no Samsung Note 10 or iPad Air2 as they advertised on their website. It makes matters worse; they made me dump every single case out of the box for a group photo. How stupid is it? How impossible is it for me, the sole individual, to handle that much work and there is no space for me to do so? They asked for a photo of the damaged cases. I provided it to them, but they came up with an excuse that there is no evidence at all. They are never in contact with me about the Note 10 and the iPad Air2 in their ads. You know, even little kids know how to count. 4000 versus 2768 are two different numbers. I will spread bad words about this company; then report it to "bbb.org". You are not going to get away from this one AT ALL. Mark my words on it.

AWFUL, SCARE MONGERING COMPANY, STAY AWAY. I ordered and received a jump start booster pack, opened the outer packaging, took the box out which contained the item. The box was not sealed and when I pulled it out, it was filthy, had clearly been used, I took photos, reported this within 15 minutes of delivery. They emailed me back accusing me of fraud, saying they believe i swapped the items and put an old one in the box and my photos supplied would not be considered. They've threatened me with legal action, throwing amounts of money/charges about to try and scare me off. Unfortunately for them i am in a position to fight them all the way, regardless of fees. I have also informed them that I have external and internal CCTV at my home and can provide evidence of me recieving the item, unpacking it and immediately taking pictures of it's condition. This will prove their theory of me swapping items and being fraudulent to be wrong. As expected, they now have not responded. This company should be ashamed of themselves, scare mongering people into not pursuing their genuine complaints. I'm looking forward to my day in court, Also they sent me a file with people's names on, that they claim they have been taken to court by them, stating the issue and outcome, again a scare mongering tactic, this also breaks GDPR conduct. In my opinion this company should be investigated. Hope this review prevents people from using the company and being made to feel like a criminal.

Run as far from this place as you can. Have bid on and received 5 auctions. Each were shelf pulls, three were jewelry, one was "high end Beverly Hilld botique" returns and one was makeup shelf pulls. The jewelry is absolute crap and not worth the cheap plastic they were made from. 99% of the rings were the same, absolute garbage. And the third were charms bracelets that were a tiny bit better, at least I can reuse the beads. I would and couldn't give these things away. I have tried! The shelf pull makeup was terrible, most had broken seals, many were "sampled" and the rest were so damage you couldn't open it without everything making a big mess. Then the boutique items? Yes I understand they are mystery item and returns. I don't think Goodwill would take these items. Several are so faded and damaged they are in the garbage and almost all the others have been clearly worn. And show signs of being worn out! A sweater has severe pilling. Another has stains and reeks of perfume. Others are terribly out of fashion and have broken seams. I think one is from a boutique judging by the smell, but a cheap burns lots of incense boutique. Do not give these con artists a penny or a minute of your time.
