I opened a paypal credit account to feel safer about taking a chance and buying a 550$ box of electronics. DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE! The company closes your liquidation account as soon as you open a dispute so that you have no details about the transaction for your dispute. I purchased 16 electronics labeled as UNINSPECTED customer returns so I assumed theres a chance a few might be broke but I knew im at least not buying it as "salvaged" . Makes no difference!!! Every item was broken!!! And Paypal did NOTHING for me. It is very difficult for me to take this loss that I cant afford. Dont fall for those listings that look like good deals. Very shady company that allows this to happen all day everyday and im super dissapointed in paypal thinking theyd have my back.

I Believed I was buying 2 pallets as that’s what their website advertised but what I received was two small boxes! One containing an electronic tooth brush and the other an electric shaver! Such a huge Con, I’m looking for a refund as the website stated I was to receive two pallets not two small boxes!!

Bought multiple lots labelled "Returns", when I got it, turns out everything was smashed or malfunctioning. Not 1 usable item. They don't respect their clients and don't honour their products. They are selling complete trash. STAY AWAY!

I’ve bought a pallet based on its size, weight & dimension. 1/4th of the size and the weight was expired food; Another 3 boxes were with foods that expire in 20 days; also expired medications, drink shakes, disinfecting wipes, 2000 of Biden’s stickers, half of box of COVID masks, half of box of old phone cases - all junk, outaged stuff and prohibited items. The wooden pallet itself was 70 pound which is almost 10% of the total weight. I opened a dispute, and the CS gave 24 hours to count each sticker and each can, and picture it all. I made the pics of what was expired but refused to count the cans and stickers and my dispute was declined. This site is a total scam with no rules for the sellers. As I read the rules, I see “Buyer must, buyer is required, buyer has to, buyer is obligated, etc” and nothing for the sellers. They have no list of prohibited items, no shipping time frames, and no obligations to fill out manifests and descriptions. Beware people, as I’m going to list my expired food on there soon!

This place is full blown scam status. There's 50 problems I can list but most of all you will get charged a lot of money and you will not be happy. They will refuse to work with you, due to the fact customer service is non existent. Ask to speak to a manager? Good luck with that, everyone that answers the phone is a supervisor. I lost $2K with them and was able to make $0. They won't consolidate pallets, please don't believe that lie. You can't schedule your own shipping, don't believe that lie. Even if they send you the WRONG pallet, you won't get any money back and you will pay $600 in shipping for a $100 pallet Buy a "returns pallet" you will receive a "salvage pallet". Submit a claim, they will deny it. STAY AWAY from this place. I have spent 40 hours trying to work with them, shipping, credit card fraud, etc. This has wasted so much time and energy. At the end of the day they have a real good scam going on and they make their money on the shipping which will be 5X your pallet cost. I am filing a full fraud case against them. I have all phone calls, emails, online messages, and at least six employees outright telling me lies.

I've left this company many great reviews but in the past months have changed my attitude towards this companies policies. I was sent an auction that was supposed to be valued at $7,999.00. Upon receiving this garbage and checking the price of each individual item if they had been new was $1216.00. I contacted the company who told me to return it and basically get what I paid for it! I would not receive my taxes or shipping. So I contacted their legal department at which time my account was frozen and I have since had no way to contact the company. So I am in the process of taking them to court! This used to be a great company. It's now turned into a conglomerate of thieves and liars!

This company is allowing a seller named "ITReseller" in Shinnystick, PA to do business on their website. This seller sold me a lot of goods which I paid over $15,000. The seller grossly misrepresented a lot of 71 computers that I purchased. Before shipping the items to me the seller disassembled each one of the units and removed a $200 CPU from each one, in addition to a stick of memory. The amount of money that was pilfered from the lot I purchased before they shipped the items to me was equal to the amount that I paid for the lot, about $15,000. The items were shipped in a bulk package that arrived damaged and not one single computer was intact or complete, despite the listing showing each computer was a whole unit and they only stated they removed the hard drives. If the theft were not bad enough, the computers were all scuffed on the screens because they used NO packing materials to protect each computer. When they pulled the stands off the computers, several were damaged as well because they were pulled off in a way that damaged the unit so the stand cannot be put back on. This is grand theft and Liquidation is turning a blind eye. I am a small business owner and I was just robbed over 15 thousand dollars.
