LuminoxReviews of luminox.com

Lumondi is USA agent for Luminox .. bought replacement Luminox nylon web strap advertised online as 23 mm to fit any 23 mm lug width watch .. Luminox strap received actually measures 23.8125 mm wide using an engineering caliper, so it cannot be stuffed into a 23 mm lug width wach .. Lumondi does NOT answer emails, they do NOT answer phone messages .. so I am stuck with this watch strap that I cannot use for my Luminox Black Ops watch .. next step is to dispute the cc charge for the useless watch strap that I cannot return .. Lumondi requires a Return Authorization #, but they do not respond to emails or phone calls, so it is impossible to get an RA number .. and my last two emails to Lumondi have been returned undeliverable by their server, so it appears Lumondi is blocking my email attempts to contact them ..DO NOT BUY FROM LUMONDI, THEY ARE USELESS SCAMMERS WHO TAKE YOUR $$ AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE .. I have filed a complaint against Luminox at their Florida headquarters with Better Business Bureau .. we'll see where that goes.

Purchased a Pacific diver, face misted up after 6 months, just a swim in in lake, no navy seal stuff. Went back for repair. They had it for over 2 months but did resolved the problem. Only for it to happen again. But this time a few weeks out of the 2 year warranty. And quess what. It's out of warranty so they are not interested. Offered to inspect and give me a price to repair. Not going to put money into something I have no confidence in. Will get a new watch .but not a luminox .

Soweit so gut.

Thank you Luminox for the fast delivery and superbe product.

Bad quality. Terrible after sales. Avoid.

I have had a Luminex for 13 yrs. I have replaced the watchband 3 x. The real problem is at yr 10 you can't see the lume at all. If you buy a watch you need to read in the dark be advised buy a Marathon. It is a way heavier build and the lume from day one was 3x as bright.

Be mighty careful. While they may be superb watches, god help your patience level should you require repair. They use Saltzman Watches in Rhode Island as their main repair facility. Unfortunately, the portal they require Saltzman to use DOES NOT think it worthwhile to keep the client informed of the watch's repair progress. In fact, the ONLY information you will receive from Luminox is their repair estimate. It works gangbusters, though, when it comes to collecting your money, you can bet your ass on that. But after that, dead silence. I have worn a Luminox for 25 years. After this experience, I will never do so again. You may not, either.

Wanted a watch for more everyday wear rather than my high end other , if potential buyers are expecting a high quality heavy feel then you will be disappointed glows fantastic in the dark the bezel only works anti clockwise and yet to test the waterproofing, payed just less than £400 but watch is very light which somewhat cheapens the feel of it I think if you think of the watch as functional rather than fashionable or luxurious then you’ll probably get your head around the lightness of it time will tell if it’s been worth the money .
