I recently completed my first trip to Italy with Luxe Tribes, traveling solo through Rome and the Amalfi Coast. The planning process had some frustration. When I originally booked, I interpreted the term “luxury-curated” differently than what was ultimately included in the package, particularly when it came to hotel accommodations. In hindsight, I also recognize that I could have provided examples upfront of the type and level of hotels I was expecting. At the same time, I do think Luxe Tribes could improve how clearly the accommodation tier is communicated during the booking process so travelers have a better understanding of what to expect before making a significant, non-refundable investment. There were several changes and quite a bit of back-and-forth regarding the hotels before the trip. Ultimately, however, I was very happy with where I stayed. Cloud 7 Roma was a perfect hotel for me. I loved the boutique feel and central location, and it worked extremely well for how I wanted to experience Rome. My Amalfi Coast accommodations ultimately changed to Hotel Marmorata in Ravello after the previously selected hotel became overbooked. I was placed in a Comfort Room with a sea view at no additional cost. While the hotel changes leading up to the trip added some uncertainty, I appreciated how the situation was ultimately handled. Where Luxe Tribes really delivered was the itinerary and the experience once I arrived in Italy. Having transportation, tours, activities, and logistics already coordinated made traveling internationally by myself much easier. I was able to experience Rome, Naples, the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompeii and more without having to personally coordinate every moving piece. The itinerary also gave me a good combination of structured experiences and free time. As a solo traveler, having those logistics taken care of allowed me to actually enjoy Italy instead of constantly worrying about how I was getting from one place to another. A huge thank you to all of my drivers throughout the trip. They were professional and dependable, and having private transportation arranged was one of the things I appreciated most while traveling alone and moving between multiple destinations. I also want to give a special thank you to Elisa. She worked with me through my questions, concerns and multiple accommodation changes leading up to the trip. I know there was a lot of back-and-forth, and I genuinely appreciate her patience and the effort she put into helping resolve the issues and making sure I was taken care of. Once I arrived in Italy, the logistics were handled extremely well, the itinerary was thoughtfully planned, and I had an amazing first trip to Italy I will never forget. I will definitely look to book Luxe Tribes again in the future.

I will always recommend Luxe Tribes because over all I truly have a lovely experience from start to finish and it is significantly less stressful than having to put together an itinerary and doing all the research on my own. With that said there is always room for improvement. I recently booked a private trip to Fiji with my mom and aunt. There were some miscommunications and misunderstandings with the trip planner Emilia. She was so lovely but there were specific requests made and questions we asked that were not accurately addressed and it felt like there wasn’t enough attention paid to detail. It did get to a point where we felt like we had to call the accommodations ourselves to get clarification. Everyone on the ground was excellent once we arrived. I specifically want to shout out our James and Di from Valentine Tours who made us felt so safe and welcome. They truly made all the difference to have them apart of our trip. I also appreciated how responsive and apologetic the team was with a couple of small issues we ran into while on our trip. With that said I already have another solo trip booked with Luxe Tribes and can’t wait for another exciting adventure!

Our trip to Bali was great! Luxe team was very accommodating when we missed our initial flight. They were able to rearrange all activities so we could still have a great time. They were very helpful when reaching out during the time we were there. I would book with them again. I would have given them 5 stars, but there were a few things that could be done. 1. Schedule a meeting with travelers like a month in advance to go over all requirements for the entry to country or any last minute things we may need to know or answer any questions. We shouldn’t have to make an appt with you all. 2. Maybe share screen or help with completing paperwork for visas, entry stuff, etc. A lot of people don’t know how to answer certain questions that are being asked. 3. When deposits are made or when we reach out about a trip. I think there should be like a Q & A. Luxe should give us information about the trip and country, yes we can Google stuff but we would like to know from you and then see if we have any questions at the end. Maybe make some recommendations for our itinerary or how things will work throughout the process (beginning to end), paying deposit and creating itinerary.

My husband and I used Luxe Tribes to plan our 20th wedding anniversary trip and vow renewal ceremony. Let me say that both of the components of the trip were amazing and exceeded our expectations from the welcome gifts to the planned activities, this may have been the best or in the top three of our all of our vacations! This rating is really a 4.5, but I didn’t have that option. The rating is not a 5 because initially, we were not on the same page with the vow renewal ceremony, and it took too long to get there. The ceremony wasn’t finalized until 3 weeks prior even though I reached out in January for June. I would like to note the team really worked hard to make it right, and in the end, it was beautiful!

One of the best trips I ever been. Very organized for the most part it was a little difficult to get ahold of our trip the organizer a few days prior to the trip and during the trip. Outside of that everything else was up to par! The villa was amazing, the team on the ground was top tier, and all of the activities were so exciting! Would definitely use Luxe Tribes again

Our trip to Italy was amazing. The travel agent was so helpful and knowledgeable. The tours and drivers in Italy were amazing! I’ve recommended this experience and company to all my friends and family because using their services was the best way to see Italy and the world in general. My friend and I didn’t have to worry about driving directions, traffic or where to go next because it was all taken care of. It made traveling outside of the country so easy and effortless. I highly recommend LuxeTribes for a hassle free trip.

I booked a trip to Bali and it was a great experience. Our drivers were very knowledgeable and the chef was amazing with breakfast. I needed to change our itinerary to fit something we wanted to do and they were very accommodating. Only hiccup was communication prior to arriving was a little difficult as our travel expert was on different time zone which made everything take days to figure out. We def felt safe while traveling which was a huge plus.

I had a blissful experience in the country of Bali celebrating a milestone birthday! My hotel was nice, the staff were kind and accommodating and the food was great and there were even perks that I didn't know I would receive ie. 10% off of meals and spa service and one complimentary floating breakfast. My driver, Putra was very kind and always early with pick up. He was not overly chatty and shared relevant information about his country accordingly and when asked. He also did a nice job or talking initiative to take my photos or candid ones. I loved the customization of my itinerary that I was able to work through with my travel agent Priscilla for Bali. She did a great job of curating my itinerary and was pretty consistent with planning in the very beginning but towards the middle I didn't hear from her for some weeks which was concerning... come to find out she is the only agent for Bali my driver shared... i definitely had enough to do as well as down time with the itinerary selections I chose and there was still opportunity to change which site seeing I wanted to visit with my driver. I would give this 4.5 stars rather.
