The doctor who called me was super nice but I have a $55 copay and I EXPLAINED my entire issue in the information required before she accepted the appointment. Then, when she called, I repeated the information on the phone call only for her to immediately say: "you need to go been seen at a physical location". Why did I need to be charged to be given no actual help? I said in the meeting notes exactly what my issue was, how long it'd been going on, what I'd taken for it, and what I was hoping for from this visit (a different type of antibiotic that might help). No offense to her, but MDLIVE is a gyp-- a huge scam-- that takes our money first and helps never.

I got a Covid vaccine without knowing that I already had asymptomatic Covid. I tested positive and I was in bad shape. The MDLive provider (Dr. Jennifer Kam from DC, yes, people must be called out for professional incompetence) told me that my positive test is caused by vaccine(!) because the vaccine contains active virus(!). Neither is true, but the doctor refused to give me medication because of her unbelievably stupid diagnosis. MDLive must screen doctors to make sure that they have the required knowledge and experience. Dr. Kam should not be allowed to practice medicine.

The MDLive number that was shown on my insurance document was a scam number that repeatedly asked me for my credit card details to process the shipping fee for a $100 walmart voucher. When I asked if I could just get transferred to a nurse, they said they were having technical difficulties and I was transferred to the promotional department instead. I was calling in to ask about my blood work results. The number I called was 888 412 6881, which is listed as MDLIVE MEDICAL GROUP PA CIGNA on my lab request form. What on earth is going on? Do not trust them with anything.

Incompetent. Took forever to get a pcp on my insurance side since they wouldn’t help. Then when I found out on my own how to comply, they still cancelled appointments. Now they’ve reached a new low. They took away PCP. Despite my medical insurance saying it’s a benefit, MDLive refuses to acknowledge it. It took over 3 days for a sup to call me back and confirmed I was suppose to have these benefits and put in a ticket to have it fixed. Despite follow up calls, the front line agents have been complete buffoons.

Six hours of working on them - multiple wrong scrips, failure to correct. Do not recommend.

Watse of time and Money, Regular dos was On vacation, Set up Appoitment/Call to address URI, My regular doc has been treating these since I was a CHILD, Always Precribes Antibiotic and I am cleared in 2-5 days.. they took my money and did nothing told me wo wait it out and if my symptoms got worse visit the ER or my Provider !!!! what the hell WAS THE PURPOSE OF ME USING THEM THEN??

I was glad for the service but they refuse to verify my insurance and keep emailing me saying they are going to bill me the full amount and not co pay. I have called them twice with my insurance on conference call and they still refuse to verify my insurance and bill me correctly in spite of having been given correct info from the beginning. This service is a scam as far as there billing goes if you are expecting to pay your co pay. I have literally reported them for fraud

I used MD live today to try and get my gout treated. They are the worst doctors I have ever dealt with. They like charging for there service but want to do as little as possible. I will never ever use them again. This was a total wast of my time. I have had gout issues for over 20 years and they want ask like you don't know what your talking about on how to treat it or know if you got it. It pretty funny I have had doctors over the past 20 year teach me how to deal with it since I can not take allopurinol.
