Easy and quick

Online intake process went smoothly and not too time consuming, medical callback was timely, and final diagnoses was acceptable & accurate due to my symptoms & previous condition. Prescription was faxed to my pharmacist within stated timeline & medical issue resolved within a week from diagnosis. Very grateful for this virtual visit, which allowed me to recover at home & not burden the ER or urgent center during this pandemic period. Surely will use again, if needed.

Very impressed with how simple and efficient the entire process was. Registering, scheduling an appointment & speaking to a Dr probably took 15 minutes...total. My Dr was professional & knowledgeable as well. My only complaint was when entering my insurance info, I couldn't find Medicare (original). It caused a delay in that process. If you don't accept Medicare, please reconsider. Highly recommend MD Live.

Well when the person called me that day I was very not good mentally or physically. She was life saver, for real! When you're older like me I'm still lonely an not noticed even though there are people around. So I no I talked ear off. But honestly she GOT to the point, an she made things happen! I'm SO thankful🙏 she had reached out to me. I thank you all🙏🙏! For ALL your people who helped me! 🙏🙏
