So convenient

This was my first time using MDLive, and my experience was extremely positive. It was quick and easy to use, the doctor diagnosed my issue, and prescribed me the right medication. I definitely will be using again, and recommending to my friends and family.

I’m very pleased with the outcome of my MDLIVE doctor interaction. The diagnosis, medication, and resultant healing of my bronchitis was quick and easy overall.

Overall the service was very good and the MD that spoke with me was amazing and extremely professional. I would definitely use this service again for me and my family. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the wait time. I do not mind waiting at all, but it would help me manage my time if the wait times were a little more accurate. For the few minutes (maybe 5 minutes) it took me to complete my personal information it kept saying it was only a 15 minute wait which was fine, however, after I paid it jumped up to 1 hour wait. After that, I did not feel I could hang up and try later because I did not want to double pay. If I would have been told in the beginning about the longer wait time, I think perhaps I would have still called, but I would have done it at a time that worked a little better with my work schedule. Again, other than that one concern, this is a wonderful service.

Quick and to the point

It was very quick! I just filled out few questions prior to the Dr's call and even uploaded a photo so they can see what I was dealing with. I got a call not even a few minutes later. I voiced my concerns (please do so) and was prescribed some medications that have really helped me out with my skin.

Easy process. Doctor was great.
