Long lead times and lack of response
Long lead times and when our new Halo Lights arrived the finish was really poor and not what we'd expect. Followed instructions to arrange a return and refund but not response. Chased after several and still no response after over a week. Really disappointing from what appears to be a well established company.

Upon further checking, I can see that you placed your order on Apr 10th, 2023 and the order was shipped on Apr 12th, 2023 (which is within our stated processing time of 2-7 business days). The order was then delivered on Apr 24th, 2023 (which is also within our stated shipping timeframe of 7-15 business days).
