It looks like you had ordered 4 different fixtures and you only mentioned in the email that you were unhappy with one. We did not hear back from you on our email sent on Sept 17th, so we will have the team follow up with you and provide our new US return warehouse address should you still wish to return the fixture back to us for a refund, we will be happy to help! As for the restocking fee, it is dependent on the condition of the returned parcel and this information is written under our Returns policy. We will reach out to you to explain more :)

Hi Steve, per checking it was a LED strip issue that we had identified from your photos sent, hence the reason why we proposed a replacement to be shipped. This was arranged by the team immediately and shipped out, it also did arrive on Oct 11th, 2022 (Arrived in 13 days). That said, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused but we made sure to make things right! We will have our customer care team member follow up with you and make sure everything is good now!

Hi Eric, we don't agree with what you had stated here. You initially reached out to us stating that one of your Haylen wall lights is not lighting up, upon communication, we found out that you attached Haylen to a dimmer switch, we then advised you that Haylen is not compatible with dimmer switch, you must use our dimmable kit with remote control in order to dim Haylen. We offered replacement and it was delivered on Sept 16th. And then you came back mentioned that the other two also are not working, and we again proposed to send the replacements (since you used it with dimmer, we even proposed to send dimmable version free of charge, as this typically cost more) but you refused replacements. In the end, you said you wanted to return, so we proposed an order for full refund with the return of item, but we did not hear back after that. We will have the team reach out to you to help you resolve this, but we hope you understand that we tried everything we can to help you...

Hi Tami, You had previously agreed to the partial refund of $52 and the replacement part, so this case was resolved upon mutual agreement. Your replacement parts were also delivered on Sept 15th, per tracking link. If you still wish to return the product back to us for a refund, you can certainly do that simply reach out to our team and you can return the product for a full store credit (since your order was placed on Aug 12, 2022, that is more than 3 months ago but it is still eligible for return for a store credit) to our US return depot. Kindly reach out to us and we are always here to help.

Hi Andrew, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. We ship our products from our Asia or North America warehouses and it made more sense to ship your parcel from our Asia warehouse as oppose to North America due to your location. That said, we only have return depots in North America, hence our team offered the address. If you would rather ship the return to our factory, you are welcomed to do so! We can share the address if that makes things easier for you. We unfortunately do not have control over carriers when they handle shipments and occasionally they may arrive damaged due to mishandling during transit. We always try to make it right by issuing replacements, which in this case we did immediately upon the receipt of photos that is why we shipped the replacement right away. You later said that you no longer wants the reshipment (although we shipped via express with FedEx free of charge) but the replacement was already shipped, hence cannot be canceled. Our team already reached out to you in order to help resolve this asap, please work with our team directly via email. Thanks again for your business!
