MonogramHub is not a scam website. We have been in the jewelry market for many years, with a strong record of production quality and on-time delivery. Regarding this case , the necklace chain became stuck with the name piece, which can occasionally happen during the delivery process due to movement in transit. We first suggested that the customer gently try to loosen the chain. When that was not successful, we immediately offered to receive the item back and remake it into a new piece. The customer did not have to pay for the return — we provided a prepaid return label at our own expense to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

Thank you for your feedback. While we understand if reading the description is not done, you may think the item is fully gold, we strive on being clear on all our Gold option links on our website. Due to our products being personalized, we do not provide refunds of items that have been fulfilled. You can always choose a different metal and gift to someone if you personally don't want to lose the credit or wear the necklace.
