I ordered an item on the 28th November #MO18937 and still have not received it nearly a month later. According to tracking, it has arrived in the U.K at a sorting depot but is now being sent back without any attempt of a delivery. Hugely disappointed and I feel like it is a complete scam. I’ve emailed Mostarle twice and have had no response. I would be sceptical of positive reviews too - they all seem very similar in their use of language and in my opinion not at all genuine. Avoid this company at all costs as I’m now nearly £80 out of pocket and have had no contact from customer service

I am posting this complaint publicly due to Mostarle’s complete lack of customer support. Order #MO22971 was placed on December 3, 2025. As of December 24, 2025, 21 days have passed, despite Mostarle clearly advertising on its website a maximum delivery time of 15 days. This claim is misleading and not respected. Until today, I received no information whatsoever about my order. I was finally informed that it has just left China, with no delivery estimate provided. Furthermore, although I ordered three items, I have now been told that only two will be shipped, without justification or resolution. Customer support is effectively nonexistent. Multiple emails and calls to the so-called “urgent” phone number resulted only in an automated voicemail, with no human response. This company shows a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and respect for consumers. Based on this experience, I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from Mostarle.

I ordered an item on the 28th November. Money taken and order confirmation received. Delivery promised within 10-15 working days, despite being in the UK. No update since I have contacted them twice and just received a badly worded auto response. Very disappointing as it was for Xmas. Should have read the online reviews before placing an order. Not a very happy customer. Definitely avoid if you want to actually receive goods you purchase!

Ordered on 12/13/25 Mostarle Order # MO28460. My card was immediately charged with reply that I would have email confirmation when shipped. I immediately sent email requesting change from blue to titanium (within the 24 hr window to change order). Never received a reply. Never received confirmation that the package shipped. Is this scam? The phone number is no longer in service. I lodged dispute through my cc company to recover payment. As of 12/25 the website still shows the product I ordered as “In Stock” but the Mostarle website banner has a message that they are behind in production. Still no confirmation from them about shipping and the promised delivery date has passed. 12/29/25 I lodged a dispute on my cc several days ago. No response to any of my inquiries but today I see a notice that the order shipped (from where?). I needed it for a 12/30 birthday present and there’s no way it will make it in time.

I ordered on 29 November and despite many pre Christmas deliveries to my address, you emailed me on 19 December stating my package had failed to deliver 😲. I replied to your email on 20 December. You then called me yesterday on the morning of 23 December to check my address and noted the package would be delivered that day. Now 24 December the package has still not arrived! - this product arrived on 29th December - 4 days after Christmas.

I ordered Order #MO22712 on December 3rd and have had no confirmation of dispatch still. I was expecting the delivery before Christmas based on a 10-15 day delivery window. I can wait longer if the order is due to be dispatched ASAP (even though it will be after Christmas). I would just like to give an ETA to the person I am gifting to on Christmas day.

Order MO23162, the 3rd of December. No delivery, no contact, no tracking. Only automatical response from their support.

I ordered Dec 11 Order # MO27454 - and have not heard back that this has even shipped -even though they say it will ship in 10-15 days. They know these are Christmas gifts and should not disappoint and offer such quick shipping time if they can't fulfill. I tried calling a couple #'s and- voicemail is full or the line is not in use. EDIT - their website offers an explanation of delayed shipments
