I checked the reviews for this company before I made an order on the 8th December (MO25688) and all seemed fine, even reporting great customer service, which was a relief as I thought I may need to change the address of the order to arrive in time for Christmas. However, something has clearly happened since as it seems that the company have accepted far more orders than they are capable of producing in time. It is now past the 10-15 day delivery wait and it appears to not even have been shipped. I attempted to contact them through the website form and through email, and received no response. The issue is the complete lack of communication - if a company needs nearly 20 days to even ship an order then this needs to be clearly stated on the website, or at least some process for cancelling the order. I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews but it appears this is the only way people are getting their money back - so it is what I recommend for anyone who can’t wait an unspecified amount of time for their order. EDIT - There is now explanation on the website for the delays and a process to cancel orders, but the process is just to email them. Considering the whole problem is that they are not responding to emails I don’t see that helping much. UPDATE - Yep, my cancellation email was ignored and I have now been informed that a product I no longer need or want is shipped.

Ordered an item. It got delayed because christmas peak. Wanted to cancel it. Sent over 10 emails during a period of 2 weeks. No answer. During the 2 weeks they posted an update on their instagram stating they were very busy but that all emails would be answered and no customer would be ignored. Also would allow customers to cancel orders if wanted. A week later after another 5 emails, instagram and facebook messages requesting cancellation I get a message that the product had been shipped. Their return policy states I am responsible for return shipping so their inadequacy will cost me money. Thanks Mostarle! Don’t order here.

If I could give this company zero stars, they would have it. I ordered an item (Order #MO26148) from them 17 days ago… I waited patiently for confirmation of posting… nothing. The item has since disappeared from my ‘Shop’ tracking and despite sending them two emails the only response I have received is an automated email from them. I’m gutted. This was a gift for my husband for Christmas and it has failed to arrive, and Mostarle have yet to reply to me. Save your money, time and patience and shop elsewhere. I wish I’d done a little more research regarding their customer service and delivery times/ processing. Terrible company to deal with, don’t do it!

I ordered the Terminator M, I guess I am lucky I received my model. But that is where the luck ends. The product is made with cheap material, almost a screw heads strip quickly, made it to step 10 in the instruction manual and there is no way to attach the nut at the end of the part build because the screw is to short or the other parts are too long tried to do step 11 as it is the same build and same problem. So, quality control is obviously bad. Also you should have huge warning not for people with average or better hand size as your parts are stupid small for no reason and the pliers included are poor at best. I definitely will never by anything from your company again.

Missing parts. The support is not answering

It has been almost two months since the goods were delivered to me.

2 weeks since I ordered I still haven't received my products or any status/shipping updates, except for the initial order confirmation email. Nothing. This looks like a SCAM.
