Best recommendation for an electric bike! We had some questions when ordering and customer service was very helpful in choosing the size for us. When we received these they were easier to put together than expected and we put many miles on them riding along West Michigan trails. There was a glitch a couple of months later, but this was resolved with an update. We have recommended these bikes to anyone who is considering an electric bike because of the good customer service and quality of the bike. Customer service worked with us until this one update was resolved. They were always patient in the phone.

I’ve owned my Chord E bike for a year now and it is one of the most fulfilling purchases I’ve made as an adult. Not being an avid cyclist, this bike gives me the confidence and support to take long bike rides without fear of having to navigate different terrain. The controls are conveniently placed and easy to use. I like the sturdiness of the bike and being a taller and bigger guy, it’s good knowing that it can handle the load. My only concern is finding comfort in the seat. I’m currently on my third bike seat because the other options became very uncomfortable after a distance. Overall, I love this bike and it’s sleek design has gotten me several compliments along the trail.

Ich habe mir ein nicht ganz billiges Fahrrad der Firma urtopia gekauft. Bei einem fachhändler, da ich einen vor Ort Ansprechpartner haben wollte. Nach wenigen km Fahrt begann das tretlager zu Knacken. Nach 3xiger , wochenlanger Reparatur inkl Austausch mit dem Außendienst von Hinterrad und Controller musste ich 1. Die Reparatur selbst bezahlen und mich an den Support wenden damit ich das Geld für diese Garantieleistungen erstattet bekomme (bisher nicht passiert) und 2. Knackt das tretlager weiter. Jetzt wollte ich das Fahrrad zurückgeben (der fachhändler weiß mit dem Außendienst nicht weiter und ich brauche ein fahrrad) und der Support (Reklamation über Fachbetrieb nicht möglich!!!!!) Sagt eine Rückgabe ist nicht möglich ich soll ein Video zur Fernwartung hochladen. So einen "support" kann man leider gar nicht gebrauchen. Absolutes Kontra!!! Bei diesem Hersteller kann man niemandem empfehlen ein Fahrrad zu kaufen.

I decided to call the 800# to make my order for my first bike instead of just using the website I was so happy that I did. The representative Annie that took care of me was very friendly. She was very helpful with all of my concerns. Answered all of my questions and provided me with great discounts After this a experience I decided to buy a bike for My wife they offered me fantastic discounts on the second purchase as well. I am very happy with this company Annie was very helpful I am totally and completely satisfied with my bikes from Urtopia I Highly recommend this company at this point My first bike arrived on time. Looking forward to receiving my second bike. Thanks again.

Annie who guided me thru the process of which bikes to buy, including accessories, is by far the most knowledgeable, responsive and helpful person I have dealt with in eons! I am a first time on-line buyer, so I did a ton of research before I found Urtopia e-bikes … after I was certain this was the brand for me, Annie used her wisdom to navigate me thru the process of purchasing 2 of the Carbon Pro 1’s and 2 of the Chord X’s to be delivered to a house I just bought in Italy … it’s a small house but can store 4 bikes for when friends visit. I can not say enough about her customer service… Amazing! Thank you, Annie!!!
