Had an issue with the app crashing. They got back to me within a day. I gave them some additional insights and they escalated the ticket to the development department. Gave me a solution and it works fine now. I use it all the time

Prior to using NoteBurner I used a similar, earlier iteration called TuneCable Spotify Music Downloader. Both products deliver fairly consistent results with the caveat that slow download times / "failed" indications can occur without warning with either application. Changing the download mode, emptying the cache or creating space on the hard drive generally remedies this, but what IS consistent is the responsiveness and expertise of their support team. Again and again they have proved themselves trustworthy and I have no reservations whatsoever recommending them.

I have a perpetual license subscription. I had a problem with an upgrade and NoteBurner support team helped promptly and kindly.

I have had the software for 6 months now and It is pretty good to help me build my off line media collection. I have had seperate 2 times my account registration was disabled, though customer service was excellent and resolved the problem within a day. Recommend if you want to download media offline.

I used the free version to install my playlist from youtube music to mp3. I just pasted the link to my playlist in and it actually converted my whole playlist into mp3 files on my computer. Rare that a program actually just does what its meant to and doesnt limit the free version to make it unusable. I am very impressed and would recommend for downloading music or youtube vids.

Such a fantastic piece of software. Supports me to be able to download music that I’ve already paid for, so I can mix it with djay software. This means I can finally use them with my USB decks, a fantastic purchase!
