App is simple and easy to use. They cover essentially all the main music streaming services if you download the All-In-One app You can download and store songs in all audio formats from MP3 to AAC to FLAC to WAV. Every now and then, there may be hiccups where a particular song isn't downloading (I know with Tidal videos it would give errors when trying to convert) but the customer service team is quick to respond and so helpful.

Great software program & great people to deal with.

Noteburner's tools have really streamlined the process of organizing and managing my music libraries for listening. Having a tool to help create redundancy for the music I own and source my ever growing collection of physical media has been an indispensable asset in making sure I never miss a beat! I've been a user of the software since 2018 so I've encountered a bug or two, but I can say with confidence that every update (which is pretty frequent nowadays) always fixes any issues and continues to add some really great functionality to an already rock solid piece of software.

Vielen Dank nochmals.

I wanted an app/program that I could use to create a libary of songs that I had many years ago. At first it worked fine and then it didnt. I left it up to the noteburner team to fix the issue that it couldnt parse the song. It took around two weeks to fix the issue. To all other users be patient as a fix will come. I just left it up to noteburner team and it was fixed. Thanks very Team.
