Hi Crownie,  The auto-renewal service is optional.  If you want to disable it to avoid renewal charges, you can cancel it before the renewal date.  Could you please contact us via [email protected]? Our team can help you cancel the service and refund it ASAP.  Hope to hear from you soon.

Hallo Lex,  es gibt zwei mögliche Gründe. Einerseits könnte bei der Bestellung des Lizenzplans für den NoteBurner-Konverter ein Tippfehler aufgetreten sein. Andererseits könnte die Lizenz-E-Mail fälschlicherweise als Spam markiert worden sein. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihren Spam-Ordner, falls Sie die E-Mail innerhalb weniger Stunden nicht erhalten sollten.
