Stay away from them. Non delivery. Non responsive to enquiry.Invoice for one amount but extract another higher amount from your bank account.A very good product but their business methods are borderline dishonest. Couldn't run a business if their lives depended on it.

I can’t get a reply from the company. I’ve tried three times! It’s been over two weeks since I placed the order. Also, when I try to email the company, it takes me to GoDaddy to buy their domain name! I’m not happy. The lack of customer service on top of not getting the ordered product sucks! I’m going to contact my bank to get my money back ! Feels like fraud. 😟I was so looking forward to their alleged product too!

it hasn't arrived, cant get through the website is not working, Instagram isn't responding. Going to get my bank to deal with it.

I would love to leave a review of the product but iy had not been delivered, appreciate there was a postal strike but it has now been almost 8 weeks. Tracking proves I have not received the item. The main complaint is the company has not bothered to reply to my emails asking for a refund. My best advice would be to avoid this company.

Do not waste your time and order from this site. It is being shipped from China or somewhere overseas. The tracking provided will not provide transparency at all. I ordered several in November of this year and did not receive them until the 28th of December. Save time and order from Amazon. I ordered a set on Friday and had them the next morning.

Update Jan 2025***I did receive my order but it took weeks to get it and it came well after Christmas. I still stand behind my original review and recommend you order from Amazon. Saw on FB ordered through their website. They advertise 3-7 business day shipping. I placed my order 12/5 and it is now 12/23 and I still haven’t received my order. My order is coming from China and it finally shows it’s in transit. When it gets here is another thing. I won’t order from here again. I’ll pay more and order from Amazon. Lesson learned.

I ordered the product early in November and nothing has been received. I have requested an update from the company but no communication since the order. Agree with the comments here that this looks to be a scam.

I'm pretty sure this company is a complete sham. They said they shipped my product and then gave me screenshots in front of another house that had my same number. It seemed very fishy. They offered to reship and the scans on the package say the label was created. They say it's been accepted by the carrier but I am certain they are lying. I will update the review if anything changes.
