3 weeks still haven't received my order. Says it's in Illionis. Tried to cancel my order .They refused to issue refund

I placed an order on 11/11/2024. Today is 11/26/2024 and the "tracking" on their website says it's still in Illinois with no expected time for delivery. Their website claims delivery withing 7 business days but I'm now sitting around 12 days and no end in sight. Completely worthless delivery system. I will never order from them again! $90 down the drain!

Originally I gave this company 1 star but I’ve decided to adjust and give 2 as things have marginally improved. Product FINALLY arrived after a very long wait, unfortunately product was poorly packed and now has a significant crease. It’s a shame as after experiencing with the item it’s actually a pleasant past time

Dont waste your money on this company. The pictures arrived late, also they are bent!! I asked them replace but they said it's normal to be delivered bent and just take it. This is ridiculous.

Ordered on 10/19 with express shipping did not get any updates emailed the company with little to no response when they finally did respond they gave me tracking information for someone else’s order not mine don’t not spend your money here my next step is contacting my back to get a refund and assuming this is international compan I’m contacting us customs

I have ordered on 8th of October. They promise delivery within 3-7 business days. As of today (29/10), the order has not arrived. Tracking number states “expected delivery delays” with no estimated time of delivery. When contacted by email, company totally ignores you. I had to contact my credit card company to get this order refunded. I would suggest avoiding this company at all cost!

Customer service is a joke. I have been waiting for over a month for my order. Contacted several times and you get the run around. Never received a tracking number. Be wary of this company.

If there is ZERO star I will give them. Their shipping too freaking late and the product came with many wrinkles. They don’t do refund because they blamed the shipping service and not themselves. They just wrapped with bubble wrap before shipping for a paper product. How come
