Worse customer service ever. I was a student trying out the product, but didn't realized that I would be charged $375 after my trial. Yes, it was my mistake that I didn't realized that I had to call them to cancel the trial. This company does not allow you to cancel via link or email. I had to call them during the week days because they do not work on the weekend. I tried contacting them to get a refund onto my credit card, but they wouldn't refund it. I would never ever recommend this product.

The gantt chart keeps links in place when rearranging activities, meaning that the overall schedule of the project is extended leading to a large amount of editing to bring it back to the correct overall time period of the project. The dashboards are limited and I am not able to select my own parameters to see graphically. The colour scheme of the dashboards are not ideal for corporate presentations - it would be good to have full colour editing available. The folder structure is good to have, but there is not online platform for minutes, risks, project planning notes etc.

This company …. 1) product was NOT the best at project scheduling as they claimed 2) stated the software was used by more companies than any other pm software (update: when I questioned this, they removed the claim from their voice mail) 3) did not answer the phone OR return phone calls (update: they want you to think they are a real business) 4) Charged me AND OTHERS even though we did not continue to use their software (update: said that they sent emails to me, but never received) 5) only out to make money based on my interaction with them

Content is always useful. All elements and phases in the project lifecycle are covered. Videos are always concise and come with the experience that your staff has in the field of project management.

Awesome resource. Managed a grant project for pharmaceutical companies in Ghana from June 2020 to July 2021. Couldn't have done without the insights I learned from this platform. 5 stars not enough. Make that 50.
