This is my 7th RAB purchase and the lights only get more powerful at each purchase and work maintenance free.

This is a great site to get the lighting supplies we need. I needed to get replacement glass "globes" for cage lights. ProLighting has exactly what I needed.

I ordered two ILP 48" vapor tight fixtures. Great quality and excellent shipping. I plan to place another order for 3 additional fixtures in the near future.

5 days from order to ship ( A Friday afternoon ???) 10 days to receive items. I was forced to go to Grainger to get a part before MY customer thought I was incompetent. The other parts were for stock. WHY did it take 5 days to ship something that was paid for IMMEDIATELY ???? The shipping costs far outweighed my local sales tax. The issue of why it took the USPS10 days to deliver 250 miles away is an other issue.. Your competitors, (such as capacitorking) are MUCH better. ALSO... PLEASE fix your software so it doesn't say "Code" where names or input goes..

I recently purchased 3 items ($200) from Prolighting for a weekend installation project at a 2nd home I'm renovating. All 3 items were shown as in stock and let me add them to my cart. None showed backorder status. I received my order in a timely manner with only 2 of the items I ordered enclosed. I checked my email & found out one item was backordered but saw no explanation or expected shipping date. I was counting on installing all 3 items on that particular weekend and I would not have ordered the item if it had shown on backorder status. I received the back ordered item the next week. Moral here; Don’t trust in-stock status. The $97.00 RAB SuperStealth 360° Detection Outdoor Motion Sensor 120V arrived in the first shipment. Upon initial inspection, it was obvious that the unit had been previously opened & possibly installed. The wirenut package had been cut open and the black & white wires on the sensor were frayed as if they had been connected. Against my better judgment, I decided to install the sensor anyway. It seemed to work ok at first but I now suspect there is something wrong with the “on at dusk sensor/timer”. Moral here; Never accept/install an “open-box” item. It was probably returned for a reason….

You say something will ship in 1-3 days and it ships 11 days later and i get no email to let me know whats going on. I may not be using you much anymore.
