Quest Diagnostics is the worst lab I have ever encountered. The phone customer service is terrible, with very long wait times. When an operator finally answers, they often say it’s the wrong line and transfer me again (this happened four times, with over an hour of waiting). Additionally, they made 13 charges to my credit card for the same test. Since the test was for my mother and the credit card is in my name, they refused to conduct the test for her. They are thieves and highly unprofessional.

I am a doctor. I ordered myself routine lab work. I scheduled an appointment, with both the appointment confirmation code and the order confirmation number. I have been to two separate quest facilities over the course of two weeks, talked to at least 20 people, and no one could ensure the order was received by either facility. No one could provide guidance on why none of my information was available at either appointment or how I could go about actually getting the lab work done. I finally, after talking to another 10 people, opted for a refund (they offer only partial refunds) because the amount of hassle for basic testing is not worth it. I will never send another patient to Quest and I will never go there again myself. I will stick with LabCorp in the future. -0/10 for customer service.

Where to begin? My appointment at the Citrus Tower branch was at 12:10 pm with a fasting order. It was the earliest appointment they had and it's just a waiting room without windows or a receptionist so you have to have an appointment. After 50 minutes, they played an ad on the tv saying to get an appointment so you won't have to wait. I laughed out loud. After exactly an hour (1:10pm ) I got a text saying to come on in to the waiting room and I would be called shortly. Inside the tech couldn't get the computer to work. Meanwhile I was weak from skipping breakfast AND lunch, and also had to go to the bathroom but still had to wait because I also had a urinalysis script. The tech took my blood and set the name labels NEXT to the samples without immediately installing them. Then left the room for a coupe of minutes, leaving me with several other people's urine and blood samples right next to me. A prankster or sociopath could have contaminated the samples by pouring them into each other EASY. The worst part is that they LOST my order. When I went in to see my doctor for the follow-up, it turned out that Quest lost my sample. Wow, I wonder why. They probably forgot to label a few samples and then threw them in the trash because they didn't know which they went to. What kind of place are they running? I HATE giving blood, but now have to redo it because you lost my sample.

Terrible staff , very rude people . I’ve done my bloodwork on 6/17/24. Today is 6/20/24 still no results and you can’t really contact them . Save your time and money don’t go there

Schedule an appointment with quest for a lab work, showed up and input my demographic only to discovered that there is no schedule appointment for me. No one would listen to my concerns.

Code of ethics for reviewers? What about code of ethics for your employees in Lima, Pennsylvania? I went for a blood draw and the woman who drew my blood didn't swap my vein, didn't ask which arm I prefer and stuck a needle with such force that I still have a blue/green mark on the injection site a few weeks later. Please re-train staff in that location and teach them culture of Customer Service or don't hire sadists.

Made appt. Asked for text. Came into office when texted. Waited a half hour. Never called my name. Said they did. Liars. I was sitting there the whole time. Go to LabCorp. Much better. Quest sucks.

Lost one of my lab orders entirely. Their customer service continually blew me off and shifted blame. Will be using Labcorp from now on.
