the gals request diagnostics at the NW Walmart in Gainesville are terrific. They are skilled phlebotomist who blood without problem.... and short wait even on walk-in if there's not a line. The place is tiny clean and well run

Exceedingly easy
Exceedingly easy. They are fast and efficient. Very kind and gentle! Zero waiting! Even if I have to pay more, I will ALWAYS use Quest. We will NEVER use Labcor ever again. With Labcore - Even with an appointment, it's an hour wait, and the waiting room is crammed with 50 people.

No confidence
Appointment went fine but trying to access my results was an utter failure. With three tries, MyQuest portal and customer service could not find my bloodwork results. Funny, because my doctor and local hospital portal received them just fine! Will by pass Quest if possible next time. No confience in their record keeping/sharing procedures.

Rude customer service and didn't even let me pay my bill
As we journey through our IVF process, Progyny insurance has been instrumental in coordinating our treatments and tests. While other providers seamlessly work with Progyny, our recent experience with Quest Diagnostics was disappointing. While my own billing inquiry was swiftly resolved, my wife encountered unprofessional conduct when attempting to address billing matters, leaving her emotionally drained. Moreover, I personally reached out to Quest Diagnostics, recalling previous successful interactions, only to encounter exceedingly rude customer service that abruptly hung up on me before the billing issue could be resolved. Consequently, we have chosen to discontinue our association with Quest Diagnostics and feel compelled to advise others against utilizing their services, as their customer service failed to meet our expectations.

don't go there!
Twice - TWICE these clowns simply lost my exams. A few years ago during covid when i paid for express service ahead of a flight, and now for a full blood exam where they took about 6 tubes. You go in there, check in, have your blood drawn, results never came, multiple attempts to complain - you can only send a message, they have NO human customer support - simply yield a message saying they were "unable to find" your results. I've never seen such incompetence in my entire life, the whole facility is manned by sloppy careless employees who barely speak english.

Terrible experience
am bringing to your attention a very poorly handled appointment at a Quest facility at 33 Old Kings Road in Palm Coast Florida. On March 7, 2024, after arriving on time for a 7:40 AM appointment, I signed in to the kiosk. Noting that unfortunately no one in the waiting area was wearing masks, I opted to indicate the choice on the kiosk screen that I would be waiting in my car for a text message notification that the staff was ready for me. I also noted at the time that curiously the large two person reception station was empty. I returned to my car to wait for the text message as instructed. A text came around 15 minutes later and I immediately entered the facility where I had a seat expecting to be attended to right away. Well, I sat there for nearly an hour waiting for my name to be called. During that time the reception area remained unstaffed and there was no one to talk to. Also during that time, I observed several elderly customers (one disabled with a walker) having difficulty signing in at the kiosk. Other customers had to help them since again there was no Quest staff around or stationed in the reception area.
Finally, to inquire about waiting so long, I was able to chase down a technician who appeared briefly from a locked door in the back room area. Bottom line, my name was apparently called while I was in my car waiting for the text notification to go in for the appointment. No one was apparently aware or decided to notice that I had chosen the option to wait outside and the ridiculous presumption was made that I had left. There was no further effort at all to try and locate me again. The “wait in your car” option failed and I had to sit for an hour in a crowded waiting room as the only person wearing a mask. No one apologized. Instead the apparent office manager, who I very vocally complained to, simply stated “have a blessed day”...which by the way, can be somewhat offensive to non-Christians.
Needless to say, there was a failure of management at this Quest site. A large two person reception area was not staffed at all. It sat empty presumably for the whole day or maybe forever. There was no one around to help or speak to. Elderly and disabled folks had no one to turn to other than other customers for assistance. It was a glowing example of how not to run a business.
Obviously, I will never use a Quest facility again. I will share my experience and warn others. And from what I have gathered in looking at reviews and social media, Quest customer experiences already lean heavily to the negative

Worst lab experience
Worst lab experience, long waits. Even to just do a drop off for lab work. They don’t have anyone to talk to all automated. But maybe 70% of the people struggle with the system. I understand they are trying to keep the chaos under control but god forbid you don’t have an appointment and need to walk in. Good luck getting in. All of the changes they have made at our local quest have been terrible. Trying to drop off samples and have to wait until all patients before me are done. This is just a drop off.

Worst lab work company
I have had blood work drawn many many times. I have had to use quest on occasion due to provider preference. Any time I have gone there there was always a problem. The first time I was turned away for being a walk-in, the second time I could not get blood drawn because Cortisol levels must be drawn very early in the morning per the lab and the computer won't let them be drawn past that time even though no appointments were available anywhere that early. I went to another lab that same day and had no problem. Third time I tried checking in on my phone and received a message that I was more than 1 minute late and needed to reschedule my appointment. There was absolutely no one waiting for blood work in the lobby, but I was turned away by the lab tech. I then went 3 doors down and walked into another lab draw facility with no problem. I have never had any of these problems at any other lab draw facility and would never recommend this place to anyone.
