I tried to drop off a urine specimen and they wouldn't accept it. You have to make an appointment or wait until after all of the other people having blood drawn. So, after two hours they got to me, and I had a huge parking ticket waiting on my windshield. This is crazy. They should deal with pick ups and drop offs quickly and not make people wait.

Doreen and Semina are amazing. They are the nicest people. They treat me like family. I look forward to seeing them. They make it such a wonderful experience. They are so accommodating. I would not go any where else. Love them😊

Simply horrific customer interaction....They do not accept digital referrals, who doesn't have that capability ? But they do for insurance....wonder why ? I made an appointment, yet they refused my referral.....had it with me. Ok, but why so rude and disrespectful ? They treat you as if they are paying you, not the other way around. You gotta be kidding me. If you want lousy customer service, go to Quest... otherwise go to LabCorp. Much more civil customer experience. You'll be glad you did.

Location Quest Diagnostics west Main Street Waterbury CT: I have been going to Quest for 23 years and the service here has gone down the tubes. Let’s just say if you do not have an appointment don’t go here. I signed in as a walk in/ which they now call a stand by at 6am, I waited an hour to see if no one showed so I can get in; both 6:50am appointments did not show and they did not call me in, instead they started taking the 7:00am appointments at 7:10am. Come on quest you can do better! If you don’t except walk ins, just get rid of the option. So If you are diabetic and have too fast for your blood work, book an appointment. My doctor will now give me an earful when I go to my appointment. Thank you Quest!

I make an appointment for Friday 9 2023 at 11:20 am , we left the Drawing station on Imokalee road and Collier in Naples a 1:00 pm no chairs to be seated a lot of people inside and out side waiting no respect for they customers the worst especience we ever had, my doctor give us the choice to go to Lab Corp and that is what we are going to go next time . It very sad how this business is running with the employees with not interested in being a little more caring and be more efficient is a shame .

Please stop sending me messages telling me that historical results are available online. When I get a message from you, I expect that there will be something new in it. Please send me messages only when there are new results. And by the way, your appointments webpage doesn’t work.

I found out about my $25 balance through an insurance statement. Quest never sent me a bill. Tried to pay balance on their website...oh but wait, you need a bill number to do that. So I tried to call them to process a payment with a real person. Question for you Quest- How the hell many effin phone numbers do I have to call to give you my money? 8 phone calls later (to all different numbers), I was finally able to pay you. Just aggravating...get it together, would you?
