i have never had to make an appointment to get blood drawn anywhere but Quest Diagnostics. I travelled 35 minutes each directions to come to this lab only to find out no appointments available (since I never made one). There is no receptionist just a checkin kiosk. The worker who noticed me in the waiting room was rude and ambivalent. Be aware … personal service is gone. Everyone wants your business but with minimal interaction and on THEIR terms. How sad.

Absolute worse billing experience ever!!!! AutomAtic payment not working, payment plan not working, says they will transfer you momentarily to be on hold for 30” and still no customer service rep. Also when I went In to lab and they came to waiting room. They said my first and last name loudly! Privacy violated big time.

Well I had to press the star and I wouldn't have even giving them one went there with my daughter you know I have never went to a place where they couldn't look up her Medicaid with her social and her name but apparently they couldn't so after we were there at 5:30 and her appointment was at 6:00 we went in at 6:00 and I didn't have her Medicaid card I literally was told I could have my daughter seen unless we had the Medicaid information stepped outside got the Medicaid information took about 10 minutes and came right back in all right I told someone to let this lady know apparently if she did that lady never came back and said one word just so we sat for another 30 minutes so now it's already been over an hour and when a lady that we did see comes back out I asked her she literally is going to make us clock right back in and wait even longer even though we were there early for her appointment that is not right I have to work and I also have six kids that I cannot afford to bring up to this blood work place all right I think it's early ridiculous how we were traded and having to sit there and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait when we were there before every freaking body else I will not be going back to this quest it was the one on 17th Street by Publix and the lady that I have an issue with was in room 7.

I received a text message inviting me to respond YES to receive lab results when available. So I responded YES and received this message: "Quest: we were not able to understand that response. Please try again. Thank you." Since then about 45 minutes on the phone without speaking to a CSR,

I had an appt but was 11 minutes late and you have to either reschedule or wait with the Walk-ins. They tell you that there's just 2 ahead of you but then they keep seeing more walk-ins that arrived after you. You could be sitting there for 2-3 hours. Very short staffed. Not set up for covid distancing.

I went to Middle Village, NY. They are 2 rude ladies, very mean. If you don't have appt don't waste your time to come this place. They let you wait until at the end of the day. They don't reply any single word if anybody say good afternoon, how are you doing, hello, hi. I'll be rejoice if this place shut down forever. Bad image for me about this place. How can they employed here. Children see, children do, like father like son, like mother like daughter. I strongly believe their higher authorities such as supervisor, manager, director, ceo are the same character as they are

Quest at Peachland Promenade personnel are unfamiliar and untrained on Fax operation. No less than 3 faxes were sent and other than telling me they didn't receive it, they don't have the knowledge to determine if their Fax is inoperable. Wasted my whole morning dealing with non sense.

Made an appointment weeks ago. Have sat in the packed waiting room for over 40 minutes. No one is being called back to complete tests! 18 people waiting inside, 5 outside. Unbelievable! Quest has really gone downhill. I will never return!
