We arrived 15 min before closing in an urgent situation. Waited 5 min before anyone greeted us, wasting another 5 minutes previous time. When the tech came out she said with no order she couldn’t take a simple urine test. My doctor was on standby for the phone call and unlike Quest, they actually respond. She ushered us out and locked the door. It was not yet 5 pm. Now the next morning we arrived at 6 am, yet couldn’t get an appointment til 10:40. We tried to explain that my husband had to per NOW. I get the appt system but urgency must take precedence at times!

Walked in for routine bloodwork. Was told no walk-ins today. Was given a card to call to make an appointment. Called the number. Had to listen and respond to approximately 50 prompts to make an appointment. Then it said there were technical difficulties. Tried two more times. Finally gave up and went online to try it. They are doing routine maintenance online. Absolutely frustrating. I feel sorry for people that are sick and need to visit this place frequently.

Try calling them on the phone… wow their AutoAttendant is if possible worse than FedEx. My wife had a simple blood test card that had to be sent in. no one wants to accept the card at FedEx or the local drop off locations they list. The auto attendant is terrible and when you do get to a human they are obviously hired for their ability to be rude to the customer.

We changed insurance this last year. No matter how many times I call or go in person to a lab site to make sure that they are using the right information, they can't seem to get it right. Their only answer is "work it our with your insurance provider". I cannot even talk to someone to help identify what the problem is. My old lab never had this issue, it's time to go back. The labs have always been decent, getting a spot is sometimes hard, but having all of your claims systematically denied without the opportunity to get it fixed is maddening.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, the person calling out names cannot speak proper English. She said she called Joan (John). She never used my last name which she should have if no one responded. I called her on it and she lied and said I would have to wait till she called me . I walked out. Will never go back.

Zero cusomer care, you will spend your day waiting for uninspired employees who appear to be treated as badly by management as the patients are. Appopintment? Irrelevant, the peasants will wait with all the other cattle being ingnored by staff who wished they worked anywhere else, this is worse than DMV. Quest likes to be paid in triplcate, easy button is wreck your credit whether you owe them or not, good luck ever hearing an actual human voice, only bots. There is no fixing these problems, it's the business model. This is what you get when you have no choice.

Nowhere do they say if you are 10 minutes late they cancel your appt -- until you arrive 10 minutes late! Luckily they took me as a walk-in after fasting all day!
