Horrible company, horrible service! I went to Quest Diagnostics on 2001Mallory Ln, Franklin TN for lab test, and I was waiting there as walk in for 70 minutes. I couldn’t be seen in first day. Then I made an appointment for second day. I went there 10 minutes earlier in second day and I was the first one in the waiting list, only two were appointment, one was drop off , four were walk-in, but I had to wait about one hour (45 minutes after my appointment time) to get in. It only took less than 10 minutes for me to get test done. I will never use Quest again.

I was there 15 mins early, and stayed 10 mins after they opened and no appointments were on time, the man still wouldn't see me and was yelling. I showed up 3 days in a row. There is no excuse why I couldn't of been seen as a walk in! This place and its employees are a joke!

I went to Quest for lab work. When I provided my insurance information they entered it all into the computer but didn't mention it wasn't in-network. I then received a bill for $542 for lipid panel, TSH, and thyroxine testing. The insurance allowed $28 as the usual and customary charge but since Quest wasn't in-network they billed the entire amount to me. I contacted them twice and asked to negotiate the bill and they ignored me. I recently lost my job and am unable to pay an unexpected $542 bill for labs that should have cost no more than $28. BEWARE! I will never, ever, ever return to Quest even if it is supposed to be in-network because they've proven they will overcharge and not care for their patients if given the opportunity.

I went to quest Diagnostics on Camden Ave in San Jose , CA Shamiram was my brother’s tech she did an excellent job. She is very courteous and professional. We noticed that she is taking care of all the patients in the lobby alone. The other tech was only working on one patient only, Shamiram took care of 6-7 patients at the same time. I think without Samiram that branch will not survive. Anoush Babayan

When signing into quest diagnostic, it would be nice to have somebody meet you at a desk to answer any questions. The digital format means they have no interest and caring for you and you're just a number. This is sad because you'll do nothing about it, but it is my truthful experience. Very sad that we are headed in this direction. But enough of us go somewhere else. Maybe they'll make the change to being a helpful care team.

I took a test and got the results back. Negative. Great news right? The problem is they use testing parameters from 19 years ago. The threshold was dropped on my test on January 1st 2005. Waste of time and money. Numerous phone calls proved worthless as they don't care.

NO envían el resultado al Dr. No responden personalmente las llamadas, No permiten que hable el representante del paciente. No entienden que la persona está enferma postrada en cama y no puede estar en el teléfono,Costumer Services carecen de paciencia,la oficina local del 970 de N. B'way en Yonkers NY no tiene una persona que atienda las llamadas, solo responden de sus servicios ofrecidos y horario de trabajo, tube que llamar a la oficina central donde me sentí discriminada por mi edad y no desearon escuchar a mi representante.
