Michelle helped me today and throughout my waiting time she wanted to make sure I haven't been bypassed because I was waiting for a while. I advised her I was fine, and my appointment wasn't until later. She was very pleasant and friendly and that is truly hard to come by these days. So, kudos to you Michelle, and thanks for being kind.

5 days passed by the quest diagnostics refusing to release blood work results You cannot reach anyone.no phone calls answer no communication with the company why they are still on the bison’s marketing huge $$$$

East 14th San Leandro.This was the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The staff was rude. They were in the process of switching their systems and did not have their fax machine working. The did not have the correct orders that were sent to them over a week ago and my appt was made over 1 week ago for 1:00, so after waiting until 2:00 to be called back, I was asked to go back into the waiting area because of the mix up with my orders and they would take next patient and then I would be a priority. After waiting and then waiting some more they say they would take me as soon as my doctor refaxed orders wich he had already done within the first 5 minutes but fax kept failing. So then I had my doctor's office resubmit the order. Nobody bothered to come out and get me, I kept asking staff as they called back more patients to look in the system or check the fax because i saw the papers print on the fax machine but they ignored me. You can't talk to a receptionist because they dont have one. My appt was at 1:00 at 3:00 they came out and said oh your orders are in the system now, but i would have to reschedule because it's past my appt time, well it wasnt untill they passed me up, They asked me to go and wait and they promised I would be a priority as soon as the fax came through. But then kept ignoring me and the fax. But kept me there until 3:00 to then say kick rocks it's to busy now. Horrible experience. They were rude to anyone that asked for help checking inn. Just so unprofessional oh and did I mention dirty.

Quest tech pulled the wrong requisition papers and now I'm stuck paying $507. They say the tech is not responsible and there is nothing they can do.

I have never encountered a company as horrible as quest. They ask you to make an appointment and to arrive 15 min before. When you arrice they tell you they are running 30-45 min behind! I hate having to use them but do not have a choice as there is not another lab near me!

Made an appointment on line and when arriving no appointment and had to wait as a walk in. Never again will I use quest !! They SUCK !!

So I totally understand walk-ins have to wait but 3hrs! The quest on Youngs st. has the worse services ever!!

Horrible patient dealing at Quest (Prosper, TX). Automated system leads you no where, cannot get an appointment for weeks in the future, the most unprofessional staff I have dealt with and when asked for answers was ignored and had the door slammed on me. Would never go to this location until that one lady is there. Unfortunately she refused to give her name.
