Abysmal experience. Too much to list. Everything is automated. Severe staff shortage and appointment times don’t matter. I think the problem is they have no competition. So, they don’t feel beholden to the people. There is a prime niche for another company to do way better.

I have a 140pm appointment and it's 210 and I still haven't been. Horrible service. Need to learn how to staff according to demand.

Brought my daughter here to have blood work done and her glucose test ordered by her OBGYN since she is pregnant. She checked in at 6:45, 30 minutes later they started calling numbers which no one had except the last couple of people to check in. The kiosk had a malfunction. Rather than fixing it they just said that we need a number to be seen. Leaving everyone who had checked on in the last 45 minutes to figure out out for themselves. It's now almost 9:45, 2 hours after we checked in and they have called everyone who has had an appointment up to an hour early if they where here. But stopped calling numbers until all the appointments where seen. There is no one at the desk to try and figure out what is going on. I tried every extension on there directory calling to find out what is going on and can't get a live person. The only thing I bet outside of the standard COVID precautions is that my call can't be forwarded. These people have no concern for doing anything other than what is required. Why accept walk INS is your not going to see them. Who ever is managing this location needs to actually step up and manage the location and not just allow the techs to run it as they see fit. It actually takes active management to run a location like this. It doesn't run itself. You actually have to be aware of what is happening, how your staff is calling patients and which patients are being called. When you leave staff to do as they see fit your having everyone doing something different. If they aren't all working towards a common goal then no goals will be met. You can't just leave your front desk unattended with no one to answer questions, no one to go to when the kiosk is malfunctioning, no one to be aware of what is going on in your lobby and if patients are being seen in a timely manner or if the lobby is filling up due to patients no longer being called. This is absolutely insane and singularly due to the person tasked with managing this location not managing their staff and simply allowing them to carry on as best they can. I can assure you after this experience I WILL NOT use quest for anything. I will pay extra and even pay out of pocket to go somewhere else. And if my daughter has to have lab tests done I will strongly encourage her to go elsewhere in the future, and will pay the her to have her lab work done anywhere but here.

Go elsewhere. Late for my appt which is very unlike me due to reasons beyond my control, I tried to check in to the kiosk, which didn't work. A technician came out and I explained that I had an appt. she acknowledged that I was late and left. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting to be seen until finally I asked same tech when I would be seen. She replied "you were late, I don't know". I told her that I would find another lab and she said "ok". They must be kidding to think that this business model (if you can call it that) is professional. There are too many other labs, that respect their customers, to choose from. Go elsewhere. If you're a walk in, bring your jammies.

No explanation on how to check in and, long waits I had an appointment at 2:10 and three other people had appointments at 2:00 like how I don’t understand why I gotta wait to pee in a cup like all these other people take 30 minutes taking a pee test
