If I could I would give a ZERO star to this place. When it comes to reach out and speak to a live person , it’s non existing. Terrible. Terrible. Lab results takes forever to get completed. I will ask my doctors to request another lab from now on. I don’t plan on ever using this place again.

I would love for quest diagnostic to hire a web developer and not exploit a poor intern. Their website is a disaster and the app even worse. I would love to be able to pay my bills without investing an hour of my time .

blood drawn Jan 13 and still no results a week later it took an act of congress to find a person to speak with only to learn they sent the samples from Florida to California MY husband missed his appointment with the specialist because no results and they are hard to get... i hope there is nothing serious because or treatment delay due to QUest being so SLOW this is ridiculous

Barely a chair at the Niagara Falls, NY Military Road location. Multiple people told that had registered and the Quest lady at the door registered them...that there was a glitch in the system and they would have to make another appointment. I hope I don't have to go there again. Too bad my insurance only accepts Quest. My mom goes to Kaleida, her bloodwork results you can see in a few hours on the computer...Quest a few days...very slow! You need more locations in that area, and more help, and no computer issues. Those people that were turned away were elderly, very sad.

Had some blood work done on 1/3/23 and as of 1/14/23, I still don't have the results. There was nothing special about the tests but my doctor needs the results so that we can determine my care. So frustrating and they told me on the 11th that I would have them in 24 to 48 hours. Not true. They used to be so timely with results and of course it is hard to get ahold of someone there as well.
