Billing is a nightmare! The website I can never get it to save my info, insurance won’t pay it. Called customer service and it was like talking to a very confused person.

No phone numbers to make contact. Two appointments today, no notice locations were closed. Customer service insisted location was open as I pounded on the door to prove her wrong. Small unnamed provider assisted. I’ve been fasting for a17 hours thanks to quest.

Ifyou think you deserve to be treated well, this is not the right place. Today I asked a yes/no question to one of the members and she went in to find out and an old woman with gray hair came out furious and yelling that I had to wait my turn and close to saying that they were making a favor to me . I walked into the Wilmington, NC clinic to get lab tests ordered and sent there by my doctor in advance. My wait was short as there were never more than 2 people in the waiting room in the half hour I was there. I have no complaint about my service, however I was told that in the future there would no longer be any service for walk-ins. Appointment only. That is why I gave a 2 rating. The best thing about Quest is the ability to walk-in.

The lab is virtually empty and I'm waiting over an hour, as if being punished, for being a late for an appointment. They're way too rigid with their rules and leave NO flexibility for ANY exceptions. All I have to do is drop off a specimen, there should be an

I was billed for an expensive service that was supposed to go to my insurance. After almost a year of calling them, working with my insurance, and appealing the charge, (Quest assured me MULTIPLE times they were fixing it), a collections agency continued to bill me for this incorrect charge. Eventually I gave up and paid because I lost the energy to fight it.

My dr. Sent pathology to be done at quest diagnostics in fort myers. My insurance paid the allowable amount leaving me with a balance of $43. They keep billing me for much more and i called in October and quest agreed that I only owed 43. Just got a bill from their collection agency stating that I owe almost $300.00 and that I’ve made no attempt to pay bill! Called them and rep said my insurance company took back the payment and I now owe $589!!! I will never use this lab again!

Couldn’t get a drop of blood out of me, nearly made me pass out from trying to wiggle the needle under my skin. Then had the audacity to bill me and try to send me to collections over $5!!!
