I have paid my Quest Bills online before and I don't remember there being any fees, this time however, they wanted $3.99 for the service to pay my bill which was less than $8... this outrageous. Hope they will reconsider ripping off the consumer in this way. I instead wrote a check.. I figured a stamp is a lot smaller price to pay, and more inconvenient for them, which they deserve.

My experience doesn’t even rate a 1 star. Pasadena- it feels like a cattle call. You are called 2 by 2 or more. No one smiles. No warmth. No conversation. It’s like being lead away to the unknown with unfriendliness as your guide. It took four attempts to finally get my blood work since every time I showed up (different locations in the hopes of finding that one labs that was patient friendly or who would have my orders), they never had my labs the doctor send 3 times, which resulted in multiple cancellations and delays)! The last attempt, I brought a copy since I knew they would not have it, I was correct. I completed the online pre-registration. That was a joke! They still asked me all the same questions because “it’s not in the system”. Quest you really need to do something about your “system”. This is a common excuse for info not being present in your system. Perhaps a lesson in patient care and compassion would also be a good idea to make this a more patient friendly experience. Remember some of us are not in for routine labs. Some of us are scared and are waiting for results that may or may not be favorable. The treatment by your staff is unacceptable. You are a there to provide a certain level of medical care and compassion, at the very minimum, a smile to reassure that scared patient they are not in it alone. You should take a lesson in compassion, kindness, humanness and patient care, from some of the local labs. Your location near Northside hospital on 49th St N is by far the worst. THIS office is the nastiest of all. This office should be restaffed with humans who care. Not robots who are cold and indifferent. I tried to get into this location since March. Again, rescheduling as they did not have my doctor’s orders “in the SYSTEM”. This seems to be a very common factor in all my experiences. Please fix your systems and provide some basic training on patient care, kindness and listening.

Quest has gone way down in terms of Customer Service!! They do way more laughing and talking to each other more than getting people done and out of the lobby!!! I made an appointment for nothing, I fasted for nothing because I have set times for my pickup through Medicare and I couldn’t wait!! I’m am so angry about my experience and I hope this review finds its way to whomever can make changes at this location… 800 N Gibson Henderson, NV is the absolute worst lab I’ve ever been to!! I think the higher ups should sit in the lobby like a patient and see how it’s being run!! I am so livid because customer service is so foreign to Quest employees! All of the time used for laughter and talking amongst the workers could’ve been more productive if they would do it simultaneously with calling patients back!!! Honestly, they don’t even deserve the 1star I gave them!! MANAGEMENT IS NEEDED URGENTLY AND EXPEDITIOUSLY!!!

I paid the bill and my insurance company paid the bill. Quest has acknowledged they owe me $300.30 and promised to send refund on 8-2-2022. No refund as of yet. I sent proof my insurance paid and Called back on 11-29-2022 and I asked to speak to supervisor, they put me on hold until they eventually hung up on me. They are cheating customers. Tell your doctor you don't want use Quest any longer. I did and I now go to LabCorp. They are in some Walgreens. DROP QUEST NOW BEFORE THE CHEAT YOU !!!!!!!!

They decided choose an automatic system to reduce cost, but it's the worst system I ever used, I needed some information and they are incapable for supply any one. It's unpleasant and you have to lost long time staying on the line because they have a lot of needless information.
