EVERY TIME I go to Quest, 2x a year, there is some issue with them. Either it is a rude employee or one who is too incompetent to properly draw blood OR for the 3rd time now they failed to draw for a test the doctor ordered. The lab at Shade Av., Sarasota, FL is grossly incompetent and mismanaged. They evidently lack supervision or anyone with any type of work ethic.

Signed up both senior handicapped couple for timed appointments. Took them and arrived on time. They don't have licenses! So wth was delay??? So no accommodations for elderly w/o licenses. This should be a crime! Elder abuse! Good neighbor in hot sun in car for hour and 20 min for 5 min. labwork!

Tried to use website to schedule an appointment. Their website is horrible. Would not load information for appointment. There is no active telephone number that is of any help. They just don't care!

El drop off funciona horrible ,te dan un numero y te hacen esperar mucho tiempo en lugar de alternar con las citas ,nunca habia esperado tanto en mi vida para dejar un drop off

Without a doubt the west run organization. For scheduling and customer service at least an hour wait with an appointment, been here several times this year and it's always the same in any office.

A ridiculous place. If you make an appointment online instead of scheduling the appointment they ask you a bunch of questions and by the time you answer the appointment is gone. God forbid you can't figure out the kiosk. Unless someone is in the waiting room to help you forget it. Mindless robots running the place who haven't got a clue. Want to drop off a urine sample? You have to sign in as a walk in and wait. This place has taken automation to the nth and idiotic level. forget the kiosk just have a hole in the wall and stick your arm in and a robot will take your blood. God awful.

Got to our appointment on time and waited 30 minutes while they called multiple people that came in after us. I spoke to 3 phlebotomists as they came to call others, said they would help and none did...one even said she had come out and called for us...which was a lie. Our appointment was at 12:40 and we ended up having to leave at 1:25 as we had another appointment...mind you my mom had to fast for these labs. Very inconsiderate!
