MOST TERRIBLE customer service EVER!!! Agent answers the phone with NO help, and kept transferring me back to where I started which I have to wait AGAIN for huge amount of time! I don’t understand why this kind of horrible company is still in business!!!

0 stars!! In short, Quest Diagnostics is terrible. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR TESTS TO GO HERE! They will inform you that they accept payments, cash your payments, and then still send you to collections with no communications and no assistance on the matter. Quest cashed my payment 10/12, then sent my account to collections just 8 days later. It is acceptable for Quest to ASSUME that patients just know to contact them to set a plan up (even though they already cashed my check, so things looked completely fine on my end and there was no reason to call). If it is acceptable for Quest to ASSUME I knew I was required to contact them, why is it not acceptable for me to have ASSUMED they had me on a payment plan since they had cashed my check? It is completely unacceptable that they double cross patients and someone needs held accountable.

I am at the Kempsville Rd location . The staff is rude incompetent and nobody is doing anything . Everyone in waiting room is mad irritated . And I was going to send my patients here . Never ever

Avoid going there if you can! The most missy unorganized lap in USA. Waiting time for hours poor service, and very slow. I have been waiting for 120 minutes and still not been help! What type of management they have, four technicals working at the lap and they call one person to serve every 20 minutes!

rude and disrespectful everytime i went in this place. they never would file with my insurance on my services that was performed leaving me to pay entire bill. everytime i call to resolve the situation they were rude and was always negative and never would help. always played the stupid roll and would switch me to another employee. never could get anything solved. now i half to pay the bill so it want be put on my credit.would not recommend this place to anyone

My appointment was @1:10 and it took almost an hour to be seen. Not to mention you have to arrive 10 minutes early. What is the point to scheduling an appointment when you don’t abide by it? I understand being behind but geesh

I needed a very simple test. It should’ve been very easy: order a test online, pay and schedule an appointment. Instead, i had to call their customer service (wasn’t helpful) and walk to the lab to confirm if they offer the test. You should be able to pick a specific test online and not “all other tests”, schedule an appointment and hope the location you chose perform The test you need. I tried to call the location but apparently if you need to speak with the customer service you’ll be transferred to their national line. They weren’t helpful either and suggested I go online and schedule online. When I explain there is no way to find out if that location performs the test I need, the agent offered I go to the doctors office instead. Why is it so complicated?
