This people are the worse lab ever. I got 2 insurance they got pay for the lab work and still send me a bill I call my insurances and was told they pay then. I call the lab and they keep on saying I has to pay. They send me to a collection agency frapping my score by 28 points and now I get call everyday several times a day.

very poor customer support. Simple billing question can not be clarified. support people can only provide standard answers which can also be found on the website. And they can only repeat the same answer over and over again even if you told them that that does not help you with your question. So useless.

I am disabled and mask exempt. Deborah refused to take my blood due to my mask exemption (even though she was wearing a mask). Two employees talked about me in front of me, Deborah stated that she wasn’t “risking her life to serve someone not wearing a mask”, the other employee said : “UNFORTUNATELY we have to provide service to mask exempt patients”. Deborah again stated that said she’s not putting her “life at risk” by taking my blood, and the other lady stated again that it is unfortunate, but they have to service mask exempt patients by law. I replied, “unfortunately I have severe medical issues that prevent me from wearing a mask and unless you have oxygen that I can wear under the mask, I can’t wear one”… They argued for 5 minutes, forced my husband to buy masks in the store, causing severe post traumatic stress, anxiety and crying due to the medical discrimination. After my husband purchased the mask and I made the employees aware that I would be reporting this discrimination, they did not make me wear the mask and the second employee took my blood, though she claimed that she could not use a butterfly needle because they were all out (I have vascular problems and require butterfly needles to prevent further damage).
