Horrible service and tech punctured my arm without even prepping it! I started screaming and this lady started moving the needle sideways.. and just said after a I continued to scream oh that's scar tissue. I get blood work regularly (every 90 days) and have never had an issue and am not sensitive so I was shocked. My arm has been throbbing and swollen all day. Terrible and unprofessional facility.

Worst service ever and there is no communication between quest and the companies they work with … the rep says something and the testing place something else..

I understand that there can often be a wait at Quest but I have always had a good experience. I appreciate that they make your records easily available within 1-2 days and allow walk-ins for urgent situations. I would recommend anyone looking to walk-in to get there early.

I had a bill for $415. I set up a payment plan. They did not tell me that my payments would be auto drafted from my bank account. I paid my bill off in 3 payments, then called to verify that my account was paid off. The next month they auto drafted $140 from my bank. When i called to investigate i was told that the account was paid off but a “request” has to be placed to remove my debit card from the auto draft system. They are stealing my money! Now i have to report my card stolen to make sure they don’t steal more.

Quest doesn’t even deserve a star. The automation set up is dumb and the check in doesn’t always work properly. Also, their policy is if you are late 1 min to check in. Your a walk in. I hope you guys fail as a company because you lack any real service to hard working and busy people. Our time is just as valuable if not more then the time of your automated robotic set up. They are working on just maximizing profit and it doesn’t feel like it’s well organized and treats human beings like cattle.

I scheduled and paid for testing in November. The test was scheduled for 12/01/21. I paid directly from my bank account. The tech was very good. In and out. Today 12/08, I am unable to find my results. You can't speak to.anyone over the phone. The lab I went to does not have access to results. There is no way to find my results. No communication of any kind. I am very disappointed. I paid $155.00. Where are my test results?
