Jamie was an excellent technician at the N. Mills Ave. location! The wait time was very minimal and the office was very clean.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lab tech missed drawing a lab that was ordered. Spent an hour trying to call to see if they could draw it off what was already drawn as the nearest Quest is 40 minutes away. After 3 phone calls and finally getting live people was told the office would have to call despite the order not only being on the original paperwork but resent again for the specific test missed.

I have been waiting for over a week for a critically important, lifechanging test. Not only is there no sign of results, but it's not possible to even get an ETA. Inquiries are routed directly to unhelpful AI bots that have likely been programmed to be as vague and unhelpful as possible. Their website, bad to begin with, has undergone a complete makeover and now rarely displays anything other than the message "oops, something went wrong." That phrase should actually be this company's motto. Do not, I repeat do not, trust your health to this company. Unless the topic concerns how to increase their billing to you, they really couldn't care less about what you have to say.

Extremely rude for no reason, sounds like they are doing you a favor and you are a beggar. In fact you are not just a patient but a customer too.

The staff member i that the pleasure of seeing was nan and she made the whoe process easy and I can honestly say after all the ish my docs office put me through just to get to quest was actually worth it after I got to deal with nan. Idk the rest of the staff but if you get to see nan you will have no problems.

I used quest diagnostics on Renner in Lenexa, KS. I have a huge needle anxiety and I’m incredibly scared to get my blood drawn. I had Mac at this facility and let me just say I would give 10’s across the board if I could. She was SO understanding and SO good at calming me down. I didn’t even feel the stick. I really lucked out with Macrina, Cassidy and Anjali!! I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

My experience at the Boulder Highway and Lake Mead site has always been professional. I give their web site a #1 horrible experience. I was ALWAYS able to get my own test results. Now you have to not only verify by phone text code given, but scan their code. I do not want my test results on my phone! I want them on my computer so I can research the results. d
